Pakistan’s Prince DFSK revealed on its official Facebook page on Wednesday that the country would soon be getting a new SUV codeveloped by DFSK and Huawei.
According to the post, “Huawei developed the electric motors (Huawei DriveOne), the operating system for the infotainment system Huawei HiCar and the sound system. The internal combustion engine, chassis hardware and body come from SERES. The vehicle has a range of 1000KM.”
From the design perspective, the SUV features an elegant appearance with a bumper integrated mesh grille, sweptback design headlamps, and a set of unique LED DRLs. Huawei’s hybrid SUV on the rear features slim LED taillights that are combined by a full-width light strip.
The international model is equipped with Level 2+ assisted driving and traffic congestion assistance, along with full speed domain adaptive cruise control.
In China, the price of Huawei’s Electric SF5 starts from 278,000 Yuan (PKR 6.65 million) and goes up to 458,000 Yuan (PKR 10.95 million), which is huge money for a compact crossover SUV. If the case is same for Pakistan, the car would attract a small proportion of the population.
